Adam Storey is a solicitor and partner with 15 years experience in the City of London.

Prior to his legal career he was a senior civil servant and was Private Secretary to two Cabinet Ministers in the 1992-1997 Government.

Formerly an officer in the Royal Navy at the end of the Cold War he has also served in the British Army.

Originally a scientist he is a graduate of four English universities.

He is an expert scuba diver and has been climbing and fell-walking since the age of 11, some 37 years.

All of this experience has been brought to bear in his writing in Asset 1.

Adam Storey is divorced with two children and lives in London and Yorkshire.
